"Yo-Yo User" "Designated Batter" "Star Splitter" "Ray Blaster" "Shooting Star Wielder" "Super Nova Specialist"
Ace Pitcher should be there, I can't think of any other good ones right now. You both have named good ones, and add Shaman, Shecola Warrior and Island Chief to the list... maybe Peter and Captain Bell. I think that the highest ones can be all the bosses going from the C-Serpent to Osteroid, followed by Zoda Manifest and Prime Invader Zoda.
We could also consider various baddies for the lower ranks including "Jelly", "Nocto", "Rattus" and "Looper".
(the stars we have should be replaced with the bluish-white Star Tropics stars!)

I haven't bought a Wii yet.
How much does ST on the VC cost?

This means playing the original StarTropics on the Wii, right? Or are you talking about a threequel??

I was born in 86. The game came out in 1990. I don't remember when we got our Nintendo.
I remember we bought Wayne Gretzky 3D Hockey (I believe it was the first game with NHL rosters) for around $90!
I think I started playing ST when it was pretty new though.

I like coralcola's shooting star suggestion. Even a ghost would be cool. Maybe the drawing of Zoda from the end of the first game, if you want go all out. Sub-C is another idea. I would play the whole game from start to finish and see if anything jumps out at you that you really like.

haha, considering I used the word Quark, I might have to be the Q from Star Trek instead

Right, but by the same argument, the width of most of the ST letters is the same too. The gap that your wider Q creates makes more of a negative difference in the aesthetic than a change in height. However, one can still adjust the width of the Q without altering the height:

I think the Q should be changed a little because when you put a U beside it, the gap will look weird. Observe Also, this topic should be in ST General.

Definitely should be higher. I love Mario games, but Mario Bros 2 and 3 should NOT be that high on the list. I count the return to C-Island and meeting the townsfolk after you beat Zoda part of the ending, so that's awesome, and then the 'slideshow' with the artwork of the game highlights is the best part.

The site is looking good. Man, StarTropics must have the best title screen of all video games.

I had a good friend named Mike who looked like him. I used to always tell him not to despair.
