what you do stm, is just ask for cold hard cash from EVERYONE you know... but to get back on topic, i think the ps3 is gonna be a pretty good seller, (when they get more units lol) but the wii will most likely stay ahead of the game the whole way. And S2H, the officail wii #s were 1 million units in the us, not 4 mil. i dunno about ps3s, i heard the 400,000 number too, but i never heard they actually got less.

I heard that only about 2/3 of the original number of PS3's that were supposed to be released in the U.S. actually were, and that was from a friend who's usually very up on VG news. I also think that Nintendo, this time, will take the lead back from Sony, and all in the VG world will be right again... So, assuming Sony was planning 400k systems to be shipped, at 2/3rds done, thats 133k less than planned, which is a heck of a big margin to make up! This being, especially given that people, not long down the line, may not be willing to pay the full $600 pricetag they are now, due to the lack of "newness," further info released on the hardware that may not all be good, or having bought another system to calm their "craving" that they couldn't get in the waiting room...

I read on ign that nintendo is expecting to ship 4 million worldwide by the end of the year, at that they are still on schedule for doing so.
