You guys requested I let you all know if and when I was going to make that YouTube channel (the one where I would be discussing obscure games, sleeper hits, etc), and the answer is yes. I've finally finished the initial script for the informative video on StarTropics, and I have also rounded up four other obscure cult classics I will be making videos about (Plok, ToeJam & Earl, Mischief Makers, and Pilotwings 64). I would copy and paste the script here, but instead I think I'll just attach it to this post. Please let me know if there are ANY inaccuracies or incorrect facts in this script; after all, some of this information was found on Wikipedia, and as we all know, just about anyone can edit that. Also, the channel itself hasn't been created yet. I'll be doing that once the actual StarTropics video is made, which I plan to start tomorrow. Attachments:

Very good read, ShecolaKitty. It's all pretty good. For a moment there I thought you'd forget that Ninten never used yo-yos, but looks like you remembered after all. XD What can I say, it's all good. You're pretty honest about it, and everything SHOULD make sense now. Except the controls.. but forget about that, people should learn to live with that. Perhaps making a bit more emphasis on the difficulty level would be nice? I mean.. it was hard enough to make those Crispy Gamers quit, after all their willingness to beat StarTropics, by Chapter 2! Then again... either those Crispy Gamers are girl thingy Gaymers, or maybe I've become pro at this game.. But I've seen new people to the franchise say it wasn't as bad as other people make it out to be. I wish you the best of luck, ShecolaKitty! Feel free to ask for help, and I'll do what I can. You know I'd do anything for ST (and you... j/k sorta, haha) I'd really love to make a review on Zoda's Revenge... I know it was kinda the last hope for us StarTropics fans to get the series some recognition... but I think people are being too hard on this game... Sure, no island hopping, sure, no memorable story... But come on, the gameplay was fantastic! ... (other than the lack of a time lapse between hits from the enemy, which made it really hard to shake off the monsters). All in all, great review. Hope to see it soon!

You'll notice I tweaked a few things. At the suggestion of a friend who's also a Mother/Earthbound fan and a Starmen.net regular, she asked me to leave out the segment comparing Mike, Ness and Ninten because she speculated it might lead to "internet arguments and flaming, because it sounds a bit like you're picking fights with them". I played it safe and heeded her advice.

*APPLAUSE* Well done Mrs. Shecola. Looking forward to the rest of the eps, maybe even an ST2 vid?? BTW, where did you get the underworld remix theme starting at 51 secs (cult classics TV presents ST) from?

Ahh, yes. I was wondering what happened to the Ninten/Ness comparison.
We'll leave that one for when it's truly necessary then, such as, a video of how Mike could work on a Super Smash Bros. game. People always jump at the conclusion that he'd be a Ness clone.
Anyway, really good! Can't wait for the rest of reviews!
