Forget the Hollywood mess. If I was host, I'd have Wheel tape on C-Island. :)

Wow.. the guys at Crispy Gamer are getting their butts handed over to them in StarTropics, apparently. -.-
Was this game really THAT evil? Some of them have withdrawn... this is too sad...

Yeah, it doesn't surprise me. There were some parts of it that I would never have gotten through without Nintendo Power's walkthrough. I mean, in chapter three, on the hermit's mountain there's a room where the secret passageway has no shadow and your only clue as to its location is a snake. And then, remember how the grave in ghost village that contained the entrance barely looked any different from the rest? This game was dangerous. there's no denying that. But there's good news. See, in Japan, the difficulty of games is reportedly FAR higher than it is in America. So the news of the difficulty of startropics may (just maybe) win the game some Japanese attention, thereby beginning to resolve the single greatest hurdle in the way of a sequel. I'll admit it's a long shot, but it's hope. Besides, "under the Southern Cross, anything is possible." =)
