I don't know if this is a question for this forum but since it is relating ST fans, I hope it's okay w/ you Mitch.
The same kind of imagination comes to mind sometimes when Enigma has songs that are really good. I mean, listen to the songs Boum Boum... any version of that song although different sounds like a tune that the ST makers would want to put into video game quality.
Here's a good link to see what I'm talking about www.youtube.com/watch?v=-dxRmmeoBSM
This music video seems like something that would go with Mike's Seattle city life. Although Mica wasn't human, the kind of caring that the main characters who were human in the ST games with the Argonians was deep. This music video like most Enigma videos is a little romantic between the two main characters but let's say Mike and Mica were these two humans, the video looks like Seattle with a day-time-in-the-city with Mike and Mica. Remember how casual the intro to ST2 began with Mike?
Another video that in fact looks like the unseen side of the spaceship Mike gets into towards the end of ST, like a dream, is the one for "For the Brain" www.youtube.com/watch?v=K9ehk0VTRTc
This doesn't mean to sound directly tied to ST in any way but the sense of imagination that this video gives brings back the way we all liked ST, even though it's a fictional story and maybe not all of us like fiction the same way I think it's something to share with this community that although Nintendo didn't make the best choice when it decided not to make an ST3 so far, the same kind of joy exists in different ways.
