Well, here are the ones I own: Worst List (NES):Where's Waldo (cheesy now, but fun as a kid) Muppet Adventure (again, fun as a kid, now, I'd agree) Whew, I thought I might be in for it with both those lists. Thank god I'm not. And yes, E.T. is really that bad... Best list:Soul Calibur 2 Super Mario Brothers (rated WAY TOO LOW!) Legend of Zelda (ALSO TOO LOW!!) SMB3 (TOO LOW AGAIN!!) LOZ: Link's Awakening SSB: Melee Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory (a bit high, IMHO, but still good though) LOZ: Windwaker Super Mario World (Again, probably a bit low) LOZ: Minish Cap (Just got today!!) LOZ: OOT (should be in top 10 for sure, but I don't believe #1, sorry Link ) I've played, at some point, about 60-70 of the games on that best list, and, for the most part, I think the list isn't too bad. My personal list would definitely be different, definitely very NES heavy (WHERE THE HELL WAS MEGA MAN!?), but I can't degrade this list. All in all, I didn't do too badly, considering I only have NES systems, not including the 64, and a Game Gear, and that I don't own many and I'm not a big fan of RPG's. There were undeniably a very HEAVY amount of RPG's on that best list... BTW, did anyone notice that Goldeneye 007 (best shooter ever) was "007" on the best list? No coincidence, if you ask me...

Yeah I totally disagree with that Top 100 list. It was based on the votes received by the users at IGN though so since most of the people there are fairly young, they may have never even experienced all of the great games that the NES had to offer.
I did see Goldeneye on the list actually at #7. But that list certainly had too many sports games like you said MJ. And it was missing classics like Megaman, TMNT 2: the Arcade Game, Sonic the Hedgehog, and Contra. I could go on but there's really no point. I've just accepted the fact that those people don't know anything when it comes to great games.

Yeah, going through that 100 best list, some immediate cases of “where is!?” came to mind. Mega Man ANYTHING was one, Contra I was expecting as well, along with Sonic ANYTHING, Donkey Kong ANYTHING, Paperboy, Spy Hunter, TETRIS (WTF!?), the ORIGINAL Final Fantasy, and of course, ST… No offense to RPG fans out there, but I really do think that list was WAY TOO RPG heavy…
