I will try to explain this the best I can. I have been wondering for a while how you remove the background colour from a picture. For example: How could I get rid of the blue background so that no matter where I post it the background wont appear? P.S. I know the spike disk sucks. I drew it in less than a minute just so I would have an example.

You have to save your file as a .gif file and set the transparency color to whatever color you want to not appear (in this case that blue color)
You could also create a .png file with a transparent background but some web browsers still can't show them correctly.

I did what you said but I don't see a box that has to do with transparent colours.

If paint isn't working for you, then you'll have to find a .gif graphics program. There's lots of tiny .gif animation programs around that'll let you make a transparent colour easily. Try searching www.downloads.com If you have photoshop, you can also use that.
