It the same with every board I post it on. All the users just say how "online petitions" don't help because people can sign it any number of times and how you can't force somone to make a game. If only people would think positive for once.

I agree, MJ. All the places I've posted the petition (which there haven't really been too many), I've gotten the same types of responses. Darn pessimists...rawr

The only thing pessimism gets done is create more pessimism. I am remaining optimistic that the petition will do something postive for ST and will alert somebody in the VG world that there is a market for ST, even in something like a special appearance in an SSB game. Let's remain optimistic guys! We'll wait til 2009 if we have to to get those 2000 signatures, or at least, I will...

I'll wait to! Plus, We can always hope that the number of posts per year increases. We need a plan that won't be pushed back by unpositive remarks.

The peopl who are pessimistic are just plain idiots. We aren't trying to force Nintendo to make a StarTropics sequel, we are showing that there (hopefully) are alot of people that would like to see it happen, and we are suggesting that it would be a good idea. After all isn't that what the businesses are supposed to do, provide for the consumer (at a cost)? Its like Joe Dirt says "Well thats the problem right there, its not about what you want, its about the consumer"(Haven't I used that quote somewhere else on this forum?).
