If I ever have a chance to talk to Genyo Takeda, I'd like to ask him some questions (ST related), that everyone could benefit from. SO, post the questions you'd like to purpose to him. RULES: 1) Don't repeat a question that has already been asked. 2) Keep this thread clean by only posting your questions, and not posting any chatter. Thanks folks, go at 'er!  |

Good thread Mitch! If any of us get a chance to meet the almighty one (no, not Zoda people  ), this would be able to confirm/prove/disprove some ideas we've had... 1. Where exactly did your inspiration come from ST, including the plot, setting, characters, and symbols in the game? 2. ST2 supposedly ended the series. After making the first game, did you ever expect to make a sequel in the first place, or did you consider maybe more than one sequel? 3. If you were to revive the ST series for modern players, systems, and times, how would do it? What ideas would you keep, and what new features would you include? Would you make a brand new plot, or would you remake ST1 or ST2 and/or combine them somehow? |

GOD I hope they do. This will be one of those games I'll sit and wait on the Wii Shopping Channel screen the day they release it until it appears to download.

I would ask him two things:
1.- Why was Mica in such a hurry to leave after Mike put his neck on the line to rescue her father?
2.- Dr.Jones was back on Seattle, how did Zoda manage to find him? (Mica mentioned that Dr.Jones was captured once more.. wait, why wasn't he in the ending sequence then?)
Arghh... Zoda's Revenge is absolute... He left so many questions unanswered.. and us BEGGING for a darn sequel! ><
My guess is that Mica was on a hurry to rescue her mother. (Here I go again with the Queen of Argonia). *sigh* ST3... the sequel that never happened...
