So recently I've really gotten interested in modded pretty much everything and anything. It started with my xbox and now I'm thinking of making a portable NES. I came across this one link and thought it was pretty cool, and I can bet some of you would like to have this: www.walyou.com/blog/2009/10/13/portable-nes-cartridge-console-mod/I probably won't start for a few weeks. I'm thinking of making it out of a ST cart, but idk if I can do that to a perfectly good game :/

After watching that video, my first reaction is to whole-heartedly endorse your idea, especially if it'll help you perfect your modding skills, but you're right, I would have tremendous guilt doing that to a good working ST cart. It's the same kind of guilt as taking one of the few existing copies of the immersible letter and dipping it in water (as I'm a fan of keeping rare items pristine). If at all possible, I would only go about working on a broken cart.
Then again, you can't really shop for broken videogames on the internet... it's not like some guy's offering broken NES games on eBay somewhere.

Actually I thought about that myself, but I couldn't find anything. I might just go with a SMB/Duck Hunt combo cart since they're so common. And cheap
