I'm STOKED! In my VG browsing I try to do every weekend or so, I hit a possible jackpot! Castlevania 4 and Super Street Fighter 2 Turbo for the SNES. Both rare, both great! BANZAI!!!! I've been looking for CV 4 for a little while now, basically since I acquired the original 3. I wasn't actually looking for SF2, but I knew it was semi-rare at least and when I saw it and saw the guy had a good deal on it, thought I better grab it. Anybody ever played these/had these before? What are your thoughts/memories of them? /Still on my search list: TMNT 2, Double Dragon 3, Ninja Gaiden 3, Mega Man 1, X2, X3, 7, others I'm forgetting to mention. MM1 I've been searching for for at least 6 years now...

I've played a bit of SF2:T, but I had a Genesis, so I owned Special Edition instead.. I loved the game, it was probably the first game which forced me to curse out of frustration (and I got grounded because of it once). I remember beating the game as every character, last character was obviously ZANGIEF. XD I was so bad with him... I thought you could unlock something if you beat the game with every character, so I was kinda disappointed when I didn't... I was a little ahead of times perhaps. From the games you mentioned I only have TMNT2:The Arcade Game. And the only game I'm really looking for is Zoda's Revenge:StarTropics II. That's it.

You sound just like me and how I go around to all of the retro video game stores (and even thrift stores) at least once a week to look for old video games. That's been working out really well for me so far . I have both of those games and I have to say that they are two very great SNES games. The only Castlevania games that I enjoy playing are 1-4 and 4 is definitely my favorite . Good luck on your future searches for awesome video games! ;D

You know who you're talking here to MJ. Mr. "Gawd I've had this NES for 20 years, means I must be old and I've been doing this a long time and since I have like 300 games I must be an obsessed fool with no life and even though I have all these games I still love StarTropics the most because it's fun and puzzling and tropical and I'm so obsessed I've proceeded to now wanna live in the tropics and style my inner decor with palm trees and bamboo and all and I just don't wanna do anything else half the time even though under the Southern Cross anything is possible..." [glow=red,2,300] ANYHOW...[/glow] CV4: Actually, I got it on Saturday, of course, but just yesterday at about 3pm, holy moly, I beat the thing!!! I've concluded that either I've played these things too long *repeat above ramble* or CV4 is a tad easier than the previous titles (likely if such in part due to the increased Vampire Killer mobility). The last few stages are really fun, and the final bosses are unique. Drac's battle, of course, is also epic. Also, the music in it all is really just absolutely wonderful. They included remixes of some of their best from the first 3, and Simon's Theme I had playing in the background while working late yesterday, and it just... works... perfectly... /You want me to really love a game these days? Have a kickass soundtrack, and you're at least halfway there. Worked for SSB: Brawl, LOZ: TP, or any LOZ, Okami, FF1, 2, 3, all the MM's, etc. etc. etc. etc. etc...........
