If you haven't seen the contest posted on Starmen.Net you should. NOA's not putting EB on VC and fans are making videos about it for YouTube now. I am posting the one I made. It's pretty crazy. www.youtube.com/watch?v=KwlgKJqSyCEAlso, yeah I know I'm overdue with StarTropics 2... >_<

What did you just say! I...I...I just can't believe it. I've been waiting for it to come out and now you're telling me that they don't plan on releasing it! What possible reason could they have for doing this?

To sum it up, Starmen got information that EarthBound had a fat chance to come out on Virtual Console. So they organized this video contest and so I made this on a quick whim. Shortly after the ESRB has been confirmed to have rated EarthBound for Wii as E for Everyone. Which means the game is ready to launch, it's just that Nintendo isn't putting it up. Only reason is that I think they think it won't get sales but they put up even more obscure games like Tennis or something silly that nobody really needs to buy.

It really annoys me when Nintendo releases virtual console games that it's obvious no one will buy, meanwhile there are much better ones that they could be releasing It's great to hear that Earthbound is going to be released on virtual console eventually though ;D

You guys are SLOOOOW. XD Earthbound was already rated by ESBR I believe, and it's in fact headed for the VC! .. But If I gotta have Mother, I rather it being Mother 3 since I've never played it... I liked Earthbound.. but it's not a game which I'd go back and play again. Well... same could be said for almost any non-adventure RPG. Two exceptions being Chrono Trigger, and... maybe Final Fantasy X-2 which I loved for some reason.
